Living and working steps away from the Potomac River in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, is one of the most wonderful parts of my life. Every day, I walked along the river and its brick-lined sidewalks, and I loved the days I got to take the water taxi to meetings (it truly beats traffic and parking). The Potomac is lined with boats and geese, a playground for the ducks who navigate the banks. They always served as a reminder to get mine in a row.

As much as I love Old Town, I'm ready for our next adventure to the Pacific coast. As my partner continues to run our DMV Office (DC, MD and VA), we are moving day-today operations, design, sales and (most) production to sunny Southern California, as we continue to grow our Made in the USA goods. We will be headquartered in the artist community of Laguna Beach, just steps away from the Pacific.

I will always cherish my time on the Potomac and the friendships I cultivated, but the next phase is a dream come true. I'll be collaborating with my brother and his brand Save Khaki United . He's a gifted designer and we are working on great new products that we will be bringing to you soon! This move will help C&C continue to thrive. I am so excited for this journey and to connect with my family, friends, new friends and new clients that await me in California. It feels fantastic to once again get my ducks in a row.
