Shipping and Return/Exchange Policy
- Most orders ship the same day or next day. We are in the Pacific Time Zone.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day (Monday).
- Orders ship from our Warehouse in Los Angeles.
We hope our products are carrying you away to wonderful places. If for some reason our product is not the perfect choice for you, we’d be happy to help you choose another product or send it back our way for a refund.

- All Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund of product price. And if you were not carried away by your choice, we are happy to exchange it for a product of equal value or you can return it within 30 days. Please reach out to email@example.com for us to let you know where to ship your return.
- All merchandise should be in the original and new condition with all tags attached.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- All customized monograms and applique merchandise is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless we made an error on our end.
- Oops, if we made a mistake on your order, we will be more than happy resolve it and reimburse the return shipping costs.
